Where people drop off
Solid bars are the people still moving. The striped part is who we lost at that step.
Conversion rates and how they compare
Each step's rate for the selected week, next to published ranges where we could find them. The gray band is the typical range. Published numbers for trade schools are thin and mostly come from marketing agencies, so treat these as a rough reference.
Which sources make students
All leads to date. The bar shows the likely range for each enroll rate. Small numbers mean wide ranges, so read them with care.
For reference: in trade school Google accounts one agency manages, search leads enroll anywhere from 1 in 12 to 1 in 4 (8% to 25%) depending on the program (nn.partners). Top-performing career programs spend about $1,000 per enrolled student, and the average runs higher (Flywheel). We couldn't find reliable published enroll rates for lead aggregators, Meta leads or referrals.
Why they didn't move on
Every lost person should get a reason.
What one fix is worth
Starts at this week's rates. Move one slider to see how many more students a week that change would bring in.
What we recommend
Based on what the numbers show so far. Update the status as things get decided.
Week over week
Is a fix working? These lines answer that once a few weeks are in.
What we're not tracking yet
These explain the leaks above. Each one can be added to the weekly form.
